These are private instructional sessions. This 2nd Stage involves learning tools to help you surrender resistance and accept positivity while letting go of limitations. Imagine letting go of the fear of shaking hands, giving a hug, looking weak, being found out. Mindfulness practices such as meditation, reflection, and prayer, while tools with loving curiosity and loving discovery are encouraged.
