This 2nd Stage involves learning tools to help you surrender resistance and accept positivity while letting go of limitations. Imagine letting go of the fear of shaking hands, giving a hug, looking weak, being found out. Mindfulness practices such as meditation, reflection, and prayer, while tools with loving curiosity and loving discovery are encouraged.
