Embracing Interpersonal Touch 

At this stage, you will be ready for interpersonal touch because enough shame and self-rejection will have been released. In this stage, interpersonal touch is encouraged including shaking hands, holding hands, hugging, and more using hands, feet, underarms, torso, and face. You’ll learn how to introduce and direct this in your life. By now you’ll be ready for interpersonal touch, having released enough shame and self-rejection.
